About Us

Want to see how we’re changing the game?

We are a community of gamechangers with a core vision in mind. We desire a world in which Black women can be well, do well and lead well. It is a world that supports Black women in attaining their true potential to become leaders, decision makers, culture shapers and creators of change.

Over the years, we have journeyed from all corners of the world to this island with one thing in common – the desire for self-improvement through education.

Our Values

01

Play

We imagine.

We make room for curiosity, experimentation, and mistakes.

And at every point on our journey aim to celebrate our achievements.

02

Community & Circularity

We lean into each other, leveraging one’s strengths in turn developing the other’s weaknesses.

03

Thoughtful Action

In thought and deed, we interweave care and intention into everything we do.

Our work has the handprint of people who have thought about this.

That’s our promise.

04

Storytelling & Scholarship

We champion traditional and non-traditional forms of storytelling

Be it through the arts or research, we are committed to carving out our stories.

05

Leadership

We nurture leaders who bring value to the spaces they occupy.

We instil a transformational approach to taking the lead and raise leaders who see the value in mutuality

06

Legacy

We are creating the future we want to inherit.

One we’ll be proud to pass down.

As we create our own access, we leave doors open for the next generation
